Spin Sini Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to Spin Sini. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and Spin Sini ("Platform", "We", or "Company") governing your use of the website spinsini.im and all related services.

By accessing or using any part of the spin sini platform — whether to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play casino games, or simply browse content — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on Spin Sini at any one time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, phone number, IP address, device, or payment details. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals, without compensation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. spin sini will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@spinsini.im.

3.3 Account Transfers

A Spin Sini account is personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will be treated as a breach of these Terms and the account will be closed.

Spin Sini accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. We do not accept payments from outside Malaysia or through any method not listed below:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. Deposits received from third parties will be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Spin Sini is not liable for any charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals on Spin Sini are processed quickly and securely. All withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet, in the user's name, that was used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal amount: MYR 50,000 per day (standard players); no limit for VIP Gold players and above
• Processing time: Under 3 minutes for e-wallets; 1–3 business days for bank transfers
• Verification requirements: Users may be required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal exceeding RM1,000

Spin Sini reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security or compliance review purposes. In such cases, the user will be notified within 24 hours and the review process will not exceed 5 business days without further update.

Spin Sini offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once only per individual, per household, or per device
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made

• Spin Sini reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice

• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified except under circumstances specified by the platform
• The odds displayed are those applicable at the time the bet is submitted, not the odds at the time the result is announced
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds display, spin sini reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount to the user
• In live betting, Spin Sini reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice
• Any bet suspected of involving fraud, match-fixing, or market manipulation will be voided and the associated account will be investigated

7.1 Betting Outcomes

Betting outcomes on Spin Sini are determined based on official results announced by the relevant sporting body or authority. For casino games, outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). All settled results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

Spin sini reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this Terms document
• False or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Request from the relevant legal authorities
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure)

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Spin Sini reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the breach. For voluntary closures, the net balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

The Spin Sini platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, Spin Sini does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or downtime.

Spin sini is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from service disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform

In any event, Spin Sini's maximum liability to any single user is limited to the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.

Spin Sini reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform unless otherwise stated.
